Speaking at the conference, Hon. Evelyn Naome Mpagi-Kaabule, founding member and member of the Executive Committee of APNODE, advocated for evaluation knowledge-building and sharing. Hon. Evelyn Naome Mpagi-Kaabule spoke of her work to sensitize parliamentarians in her home country of Uganda and beyond.
