On Friday 13 November 2020, Hon. Abbas Imbassou Ouattara, Vice Chairperson of the African Parliamentarians’ Network on Development Evaluation (APNODE), and Debazou Yantio, representing Independent Development Evaluation at the African Development Bank (IDEV), participated in the 2nd edition of the Ivorian Evaluation Morning hosted by the Réseau Ivoirien de Suivi et d’Evaluation (RISE).
From 14-16 October 2020, the Ivorian Ministry of Planning and Development, through its General Directorate for Planning and the Fight against Poverty, organized a workshop to examine and validate the preliminary draft text of the legal regime for the evaluation of public policies in Cote d’Ivoire. The workshop took place at the Mantchan Hôtel in Grand-Bassam, Côte d’Ivoire.
This report presents the key findings from the evaluation of a cluster of nine agricultural value chain interventions by the African Development Bank over the period 2005–2016. The nine case studies were conducted as inputs to the formative evaluation titled “AfDB Support for Agricultural Value Chains Development: Lessons for the Feed Africa Strategy,” which was completed in December 2017.
