Gilbert Adjimoti is an Agricultural Economist with specialization in rural development issues such as poverty analysis, food insecurity and access to agricultural inputs.
Before joining IDEV, Gilbert was Research Fellow at the Department of Economics, University of Abomey-Calavi (Benin). He also worked as a consultant for many organizations such as Food and Agricultural Organization (FAO), International Institute of Tropical Agriculture and AfricaRice. Gilbert also did internship with GIZ-Ghana and the Regional Office for Africa of the Food and Agricultural Organization. Gilbert holds both Bachelor and Master in Applied Economics and a PhD in Applied Agricultural Economics from the University of Ghana, Legon.
